FiReWoRkS !!!

Hope everyone had a happy and safe 4th of July. It was very nice to have a day off work and not have to get up early to get ready for work. The Tobler household didn't do much of anything yesterday. As soon as it started getting the slightest bit dark, the kids (and Steven) were ready for the FiReWoRk fun. We did ours and also watched our neighbors down the street set theirs off. They were doing a lot of illegal ones that shoot up in the air and every time they would set one off Tamzen and Olivia would say reallly loud, "that's not a smart one." We kept telling them that they didn't need to say it so loud but they didn't seem to see it that way. The volunteer police car came down the street twice but it didn't seem to bother them, they continued to set them off. We finished setting ours off and had some ice cream while we waited for the city's firework show to start. It was a very good show and they had a lot of them that had many different shapes like a heart, a smilie face and a spiral. The finale was really great and there were so many fireworks going off at the same time. The colors were all beautiful.
